A program for the village. Designed for the future.
The Self-Employment Training Program (SETP) was conceived to bridge a single gap: rural youth between 18 and 60 have the will to work — but rarely the structured skill and capital to start.
Across 120 days we deliver classroom instruction, hands-on practicals on partner farms, weekly mentorship sessions and a complete business plan template by graduation. Our certification is recognized by the West Bengal State Co-operative Bank network — turning a piece of paper into a working capital cheque.

Roughly 60% of training hours are spent on real farms — milking, vaccination drives, pond preparation, feed mixing, vermibed setup.
Every graduate leaves with a tailored business plan and direct introductions to bank branches participating in MUDRA / PMEGP / Co-op credit schemes.
Post-launch advisory for the first 12 months — disease outbreaks, market price swings, scaling decisions: we stay on call.
“To equip one lakh rural Indians with the skill, certification and capital access required to become profitable, self-employed micro-entrepreneurs in agriculture and allied sectors by 2030.”
